二、产品简介:8213#A/B系双组份中粘型有机硅电子灌注密封胶,常温时表干较慢,可操作时间较长,采用加热方式可快速固化,便于自动化生产。深度固化特性,适用于元器件的深层灌封保护。优良的耐温性,固化物可在-60~250℃范围内保持橡胶弹性,电气绝缘性能优异。导热率高,可使用于元器件需要散热的场合。具有阻燃特性,其阻燃性能达到UL94V-0级。

※对散热和耐温要求较高的模块及线路板的密封。 ※LED路灯电源的灌封与保护。
※车灯灯座耐高温的密封固定。 ※大功率电子元器件的灌封保护。

五、使用说明:
1.按配比将A、B组份混合并搅拌均匀。
2.将混合胶料注入需灌封的器件内,一般不需抽真空脱泡,如需得到高导热性,建议真空脱泡后再灌注。
3.室温或加热固化均可。胶的固化时间与固化温度成反比关系。冬季需较长时间固化,建议采用加热方式:80~100℃固化10~30分钟。室温25℃时一般需5小时左右固化。
4.8213属非危险品,但勿入口和眼。
六、注意事项:
1.密封贮存,混合好的胶料应一次性用完。※施胶过程中,导热介面应填充密实,避免产生空隙。
2. 若长期存放,胶液中的填料可能会有部分沉降,请在使用前务必将胶液搅拌均匀。
3.接触以下化学物质会使8213L胶液不固化:.有机锡化合物及含有机锡的硅橡胶材料
硫磺、硫化物以及含硫的橡胶等材料 胺类化合物以及含胺的材料
七、贮存方式:

储存:存放于阴凉(26℃ 以下)干燥处,保质期 6个月。
